Donation Request

At Timberline Glamping Company, the local community is incredibly important to us. Each year, we cherish the opportunity to collaborate with various charities, schools, and churches by offering a local getaway that can be raffled or transformed into an item for a silent auction. We will even provide items for door giveaways at your charity event. Although we could never keep up with the high demand of these donations, we do our best. 

We accept donation requests from January 1st to April 30th. We then have a committee vote on which organizations we partner with for that year. We issue the donations on June 1st for that calendar year.
